Socially Hooked is an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to assist users in creating and optimizing digital content. Features may include, without limitation, thumbnail generation, image enhancement, title generation, descriptions, keywords, tags, hashtags, content recommendations, metadata optimization, AI-assisted marketing tools, analytics, image generation, editing tools, workflow automation, and any future features or services made available by the Company. The Company reserves the unrestricted right to add, modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any feature, function, or portion of the Service at any time and without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that all information provided by you is accurate and complete, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements. You further represent that your use of the Service will not violate the rights of any third party.
3. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You acknowledge that generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, outdated information, unintended similarities to other content, or material requiring modification before use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, approving, publishing, distributing, and relying upon any generated content. The Company makes no representation or warranty that generated content is accurate, unique, original, copyrightable, non-infringing, legally compliant, commercially valuable, or suitable for any specific purpose.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Service is provided solely as a content assistance and productivity tool. The Company makes no representations, warranties, guarantees, or promises regarding views, impressions, engagement, followers, subscribers, clicks, conversions, search rankings, discoverability, monetization, advertising revenue, sales, business growth, profitability, customer acquisition, algorithmic placement, or any other commercial, financial, or marketing outcome. Any examples, estimates, projections, recommendations, or optimization scores provided through the Service are informational only and do not constitute guarantees of future performance.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully upload to the Service. You represent and warrant that you possess all rights, permissions, licenses, and authority necessary to upload, process, reproduce, modify, and use such content through the Service. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, analyze, modify, display, process, transmit, and otherwise use your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing the Service.
8. Generated Content
All content generated through the Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis. The Company makes no representations regarding originality, exclusivity, ownership, copyrightability, trademark availability, legal compliance, or non-infringement. You assume sole responsibility for determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use and whether any additional permissions or legal review are necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated software, source code, object code, databases, artificial intelligence models, algorithms, interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, documentation, workflows, designs, visual elements, trade dress, and other proprietary materials are owned exclusively by Orion ’s Cornerstone LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted herein, no rights, title, or interest in the Service are transferred to you.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes upon the rights of others, distributes malicious software, interferes with the operation or security of the Service, attempts unauthorized access to systems or accounts, reverse engineers the Service except where prohibited from restricting such activity by law, copies or reproduces proprietary materials without authorization, scrapes or harvests data, overloads the Service, impersonates another individual, commits fraud, uploads unlawful content, or otherwise uses the Service in a manner reasonably likely to cause harm to the Company, its users, or third parties.
11. Fees and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or billing practices at any time. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Failure to timely pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
12. Subscription Services
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You are solely responsible for canceling any subscription before the applicable renewal date if you do not wish to continue receiving the Service. Maintenance, software defects, cyberattacks, internet outages, hardware failures, power interruptions, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances may temporarily or permanently affect Service availability.
16. Beta Features
Experimental, beta, preview, or testing features are provided solely for evaluation purposes and may contain defects, errors, or incomplete functionality. Such features may be modified or removed at any time without notice. Your use of beta features is entirely at your own risk.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITH ALL FAULTS. ORION’S CORNERSTONE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERROR, OR DEFECT.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORION’S CORNERSTONE LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, LOST CONTENT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $100.00).
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orion’s Cornerstone LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or relating to your use of the Service, your uploaded content, your generated content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of another person.
20. Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time if it reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in conduct harmful to the Company, the Service, or its users. Termination shall not affect any obligations or provisions intended to survive termination.
21. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
22. Intellectual Property Complaints

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Orion’s Cornerstone LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements relating to the Service.
